For Private/Public Limited company

• Copy of Company’s Govt. proof of the company or organization duly signed and stamped.
• Pan Card copy of the company or organization duly signed and stamped with the authorized signatory
• Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Scan Copy of Aadhaar Card/Driving License/Voter ID of the Directors/Trustee/Members of the Company

For Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

• Business Registration Proof – GST Certificate
• Scan Copy of Business PAN of the Company/Firm (if the firm is registered) or the Personal PAN of the person
• Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Scan Copy of Aadhaar Card/Driving License/Voter ID of the Director / Owner of the Company/Firm/Business

For NGO

• Business Registration Proof – Scanned Copy of NGO
• Scan copy of PAN of NGO or Personal PAN of the Owner of the NGO
• Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Scan Copy of Aadhaar Card/Driving License/Voter ID of the Director/Owner of the NGO
• Copy of the Last 6-months’ Bank Statement of the Registered Bank Account

For Trust/Society

• Business Registration Proof – Scanned Copy of Trust Deed / Society
• Scan copy of PAN of Trust / Society or Personal PAN of the Owner of the Trust / Society
• Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Scan Copy of Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID of the Director / Owner of the Trust / Society
• Copy of the Last 6-months’ Bank Statement of the Registered Bank Account

For Individual

• Business Registration Proof.
• Copy of Pan Card duly signed.
• Copy of address proof (Driving License/ Voter ID/ Aadhaar Card/ Passport) duly signed and stamped.
