Prabhu of PayG is an accomplished strategy & business professional with 17 years of experience in strategy and business operations leadership roles. Recognized as an Innovator and a pioneer in digital payments for constantly striving towards financial inclusion and enabling digital payments across sectors. Being a natural mentor and an entrepreneur of high caliber himself, he continues to succumb to his passion for inspiring and enabling young minds to innovate. His innovative yet practical approach to solving “real” business problems makes him a repository of knowledge. Also he is focused in Identifying and commercializing the intersection of consumer needs, organizational strengths, and long-term business interests.

Prabhu’s career has been marked with effective leadership and implementation of change strategies that accelerate growth and transform digital payment businesses. Under his leadership the company also developed a strategic acquisition growth strategy to expand breadth and depth of its services. He is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of PayG while overseeing the Company’s business strategy, financial performance and the growth of the business across all markets. And firmly believes that “Only innovation with a vision can lead to affordable & sustainable solutions”.

Narendra Singh Solanki

Director

Narendra Singh Solanki of PayG is a technology leader and entrepreneur at heart majorly spearheading Technology Design, and Delivery & Implementation of high-performance financial applications for 19 years. Currently engrossed with the architecture of the Product and game changing solution and delivering as a Director for PayG. Co-founded and built the entire technology platform, rolled out this versatile & revolutionary digital payment solution at India.

He has a rich blend of experience in Banking and Payment solutions, Product Management, IT Strategy and Program Management & Tech-related Operations. His entire career has been spent in designing, developing & delivering best-in-class software solutions for global Banking and Financial Services leaders.

In his role as the Director, Narendra introduced many innovative solutions and spearheaded first in Industry initiatives. He understands customers pain points meticulous and dexterous in transforming them into affordable solutions. His passion for finding new answers to old problems keeps him striving to challenge the status quo always. He has been instrumental in setting up the technology infrastructure, operations and process management teams for the company. His key focus has been to empower semi-urban & rural merchants with seamless acceptance to digital payments.

Srinivas Rao has been associated with Xsilica Software Solutions since its inception as one of the founder members of Xsilica, an IT enterprise.Prior to IT business, Srinivas Rao also has experience in the business of Infrastructure and has successfully completed various projects in the domain related to Infrastructure and Development. The credit of achieving ISO 9001-2000 certification and adhere to its stringent quality standards and global process is shared to his commitment for quality.Under his leadership, several new projects have been undertaken in the company that have had a lasting impact and spearheading the company wide Quality movement. His commitment for providing superior service to cutomers, by understanding their business and industry needs, and applying information technology to enhance their competitive advantage, are based on his principles of establishing long- term relationships with both clients and consultants.An absolute stickler for customer focus, he himself spends significant time personally listening to customers.

Shivam contributes his wealth of technical expertise to the PayG team as CTO, drawing from over 20 years of experience in various prestigious organizations as Delivery Head and Practice Head. This extensive professional journey has fortified his profound grasp of fundamentals, cultivating a genius within the field. His unwavering focus on ensuring successful project completions within stipulated timelines underscores his commitment.

Recognizing the pivotal role of the tech team in any fintech company, Shivam adeptly oversees its operations, providing guidance and timely insights. From managing Cloud solutions to CRM tools, overseeing product development to deployment, and implementing processes to streamlining and further improvement, Shivam fully supervises all aspects of PayG, ensuring the technical foundation remains in safe hands.

Valuing the infusion of fresh talent into the company, Shivam, despite efficiently handling global client technical requirements, actively engages with interns through insightful sessions.
